When you gaze into the eyes of Juliet, you are drawn into the promise of healing.
This magnificent horse’s success in healing has been truly inspirational, leading to the creation of the Juliet & Thinta range of artwork.
It all began when Juliet was introduced to a horse therapy centre for children. Horses are used in therapy because their sensitivity and empathy enables them to tune into our emotions.
One of the children at the centre, four-year-old Kobus, had suffered from emotional trauma leaving him unable to walk or talk.
Through her soft touch and magnetic gaze Juliet won his trust, and gradually an unbreakable bond of healing developed between them. After six months, not only could Kobus walk and talk, but he had gained a sense of empowerment from being carried forward on Juliet’s back.

The beautiful artwork includes Juliet’s foal, named Thinta, meaning Touch – that is how the healing process begins as her breath and soft muzzle touch your skin.
