We do accept product returns at Vukari and offer a 7-day money back guarantee. 

The returned product must be in the original condition as sent. 

The returned product must come with its original packaging. 

In the case of damages in transit, a photograph must be taken of the damaged packaging before opening. An additional photograph must be taken of the damaged product. These images must be emailed to us at admin@vukari.com.

DHL is responsible for handling the return in such a case. We will give you a full refund.
